What you can expect from this website, and what we ask of you while using it.
The diary is indicative, not a guarantee
The events diary and the space-availability calendar on this site are transcribed by hand from the church office's own diary, which is itself a living document. They are known to have gaps, and a space showing as free may have just been booked. Before planning around any date, please confirm with the office at [email protected].
An enquiry is not a booking
Sending the hire enquiry form does not reserve a space. A booking exists only once the bookings officer has confirmed it with you. We will always come back to you either way.
Using this website
Please do not use this website to:
- send enquiries that you know to be false or made in bad faith;
- impersonate another person;
- attempt to gain access to the bookings portal, the admin area or any non-public part of the site;
- copy the site's content in bulk without asking us first.
Personal information you send us is handled as described in our privacy policy.
Accuracy of other content
We work to keep service times, event details and contact information current, but details can change at short notice. Regular worshippers should expect occasional special services, and hirers should expect the office to confirm final arrangements in writing.
Liability
This website is provided in good faith for information. To the extent permitted by law, Richmond Hill St. Andrew's United Reformed Church, Bournemouth accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on the site's content or from its being temporarily unavailable.
The rest
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If any part of them is found not to hold, the rest still stands. Material changes will be published on this page.
